Nightmare continued for Odisha in Vinoo Mankad Trophy U-19 Cricket Tournament as they suffered fourth successive defeat, losing to host Assam by seven wickets at NFRSA Ground in Guwahati today. Odisha earlier lost to Bihar, Himachal Pradesh and Baroda.
Opting to bat after winning the toss, Odisha made a meek surrender by getting all out for 80 in 39.3 overs. Assam overhauled the target in 23.1 overs, losing three wickets in the process. Odisha will next play Saurashtra on October 19.
